Thank you for visiting Malick Farms website we hope you enjoy your visit. We also thank you for inquiring about our herd of LaMancha goats and thank you for considering us in a future purchase.

Malick Farms is located in Jeddo, the thumb of Michigan, one hour north of the Detroit area. Our family takes pride in our herd of Dairy Goats & being Certified Naturally Grown. We are striving for excellence in quality. Our goats all have access to a three acre pasture that will allow them to achieve the best and get much needed exercise, and enjoy the sunshine. Our kids are raised on Mom's pasteurized milk and are ready to go by eight weeks as bottle fed kids.

Our herd of LaMancha dairy goats are on a CAE prevention program & were just tested through Michigan State University in October of 08. My husband and I grain twice a day with a grain ration recipe supplied by Tammy Tullar at Autumn Acres Dairy Farm , which I was so happy to receive, and we feed free choice high quality hay grown naturally at Malick Farms.

We have our vet out on regular visits to maintain TB certification and an accredited status of a great vaccination program. All of our goats are wormed regularly & up to date on all shots.

2008 has been tremendously busy and has had a few bumps in it for our farm.

We recently were honored again to be able to purchase a yearling LaMancha doe from Autumn Acres Dairy Farm AUTUMN-ACRES KISS THIS AL1400090 and an awesome kid out of AUTUMN-ACRES LITTLE VIXEN L1374895. We cannot wait to breed Kiss & Memee this fall, the two of them like Arnie are going to be a tremendous asset to Malick Farms.

After, speaking with Tammy Tullar about what my husband and I were looking to achieve in a buck in our herd we were greatly honored last spring to purchase one of the kids out of CH AUTUMN-ACRES TORY'S TEMPRA AL1260277 & KASTDEMUR'S SPARTAN L1352102. AUTUMN-ACRES TEMPRA'S ARNIE is the back bone of our herd. He has proved himself this spring over and over with tremendous colors & excellence in dairy, show quality.

My husband, daughter and I will be attending several competitive shows this year throughout northern area.

My goal for the future is to have our herd linear appraised. We are confident our herd should receive great scores.

There are many people this year taking part in the CSA at our farm, should be yet another successful year with many new gardeners & an abundance of produce! We cannot wait for the 2009 Annual Fall Farm Party!
